Split Acres Guide Service

SpliAcresGuideService works hard to make your experience for your Black Bear Hunt in Wisconsin Zone C enjoyable and successful.

Split Acres Guide Service is a hunting service for Black Bears in Zone C in the Central Forest Region of Wisconsin.

We start baiting in mid- April thru first part of May, weather depending. Baits are baited every day until the end of the season and all baits are monitored by trail camera’s.

We use ladder stands or ground blinds for the hunters, depending on the clients preference. All stands are placed within 20 – 30 yards of each bait.

We run multiple baits to assure that we have baits that bears will visit during shooting hours.

Most of our hunts take place during the afternoons and evenings as we need to run baits in the a.m. and set up stands. Morning Black Bear hunts may be possible.

After every evening of each days hunt we sit around the campfire and discuss each day’s activities in order to plan our hunts for the following day and change stand locations as needed.

I restrict my service to three hunters each day during the five day hunt so that we assure that you are taken care of and we meet your expectations.

We highly recommend getting to the camp the day prior to the start of the hunt.

Contact me for hunt contract and liability disclaimer form.  Once we receive this back from the hunter with the deposit we will send you pictures via email throughout the summer of the bears actively visiting the baited sites.
