Dakota Ranch Outfitters is owned and operated by Pat West, who has been guiding big game hunters for approximately 17 years in Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota. He currently lives in Western South Dakota and is a very experienced hunter. He enjoys the outdoor life and sharing that experience with others.
Dakota Ranch Outfitters offers hunts in Western South Dakota, which include mule deer, whitetail, antelope, turkey and pheasant. We have access to approximately 100,000 acres of private hunting ground. All of our hunts are conducted on private ranches that were selected because of the trophy quality animals they hold. We believe in wildlife management and that is why we try to harvest only mature bucks or cull bucks. We also attempt to take several doe a year as well.
